The Wellness Center

The mission of the Wellness Center is to provide professional and caring support to assist our students and the GMC community to grow in the areas of physical, emotional and spiritual wellness, and to help them appreciate the ability they have to influence all of life.  The Wellness Center offers confidential individual and group counseling to students who are experiencing difficulties that impact their personal and/or academic lives.  The Wellness Center also sponsors a wide variety of free programs throughout the year to support and enhance the wellbeing of our students including things such as fitness classes, yoga, meditation groups, an art circle.   For a small fee students also have access to on site massage and acupuncture.

The Wellness Center is located on the second floor of the Richardson House. The Wellness Center is open from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday during the academic year. Appointments are recommended, and may be arranged by calling the office at (802) 287-8376, or on a walk-in basis, depending on the availability of the counseling staff.
